Well the weather is glorious (if somewhat apocalyptic), so why not join us at 7pm this evening for the Tai Chi equivalent of a steam bath in St. Leonard's church hall, Penwortham. There'll be a little silk reeling, a little form work, Green Tea and a fair degree of perspiration!
