SEMINARS & WORKSHOPS

In addition to our weekly club sessions, we also attend seminars and workshops hosted by notable Chen Masters and organise a few of our own Tai Chi and Qigong weekend events throughout the year. You'll find a gallery of photos from previous seminars and workshops below.

Our final seminar of 2026 is in November when Feixia Yu will join us for an afternoon to explore .

The Lunar New Year falls on Saturday 6th February next year when we'll be hosting a morning of Tai Chi, followed by an afternoon of Qigong. In the evening we'll be heading to our favourite Chinese restaurant, Tang KTV in Preston for a celebratory .
